General rules that apply to all play

Where a game has its own rules, those rules apply to that game in addition to the general rules set out below.

  1. You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
  2. Your account must be in your own name and funded from a payment method in your own name.
  3. Only players aged 18 or over may register or place a bet. We hold a gaming licence and we verify the identity, age and payment details of our players before and during play.
  4. You may play with real-money funds or with bonus funds. Where both are present in your balance, the order in which they are used is shown in the cashier and in the bonus terms.
  5. A bet is final once it is placed. Spins, hands and rounds cannot be cancelled, changed or withdrawn once they are confirmed, and a stake cannot be returned because of a misclick.
  6. Stake limits, table limits and any limits you have set yourself apply at all times. A bet that exceeds a limit will be declined.

You are responsible for understanding how a game pays before you stake money on it. Each game carries a help or information screen setting out its paytable, its features and its stake range.

How bets and spins are settled

Every result is generated and recorded on the game server. The record held on that server is the final record of a round and decides what is paid.

  • The result shown by the game server is final, including where your screen shows something different because of a display error, a slow connection or a cached page.
  • The in-game rules, paytables and feature rules shown in each game's help screen govern how that game pays.
  • The return to player (RTP) figure for each game is shown in that game's information screen. It is a long-run theoretical average across a very large number of rounds and says nothing about the outcome of a single session.
  • Outcomes in slots and other automated games come from a random number generator. Earlier results have no effect on later ones.
  • Winnings are credited when the round settles. A round that has not settled stays open until it does.

If the amount credited to your balance does not match the paytable, the paytable and the server record decide what is correct and we adjust the balance accordingly.

Malfunctions and interrupted rounds

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or a payout does not behave as its rules and paytable describe, the affected round is void, any pay arising from the fault is removed and the stake for that round is returned to your balance.

  • Faults include software errors, incorrect paytable displays, duplicated rounds and pays that do not match the published game rules.
  • Where a fault has affected a series of rounds, each of those rounds is void and balances are corrected to the position they would have been in without the fault.
  • A void round is not a result. It creates neither a win nor a loss and does not count towards any wagering requirement.

If you are disconnected

Losing your connection does not cancel a round that is already under way.

  • If you close a game or lose your connection mid-round, the round is held open and resumes at the same point when you return to it.
  • Where a round cannot be resumed, it is settled on the server under the rules of that game and the outcome is applied to your balance.
  • In some games an incomplete round settles automatically after the period stated in the game rules. Any such settlement appears in your account history.

Your account history records every round, stake and settlement. Please look at it first if a round appears unfinished.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are governed by the terms attached to the offer as well as by these rules.

  • Maximum bet limits apply while a wagering requirement is active. Staking above the maximum may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
  • Games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates and some games are excluded. The contribution rates for each offer are shown with that offer's terms.
  • Feature buy-ins and similar in-game purchases may be unavailable while a bonus is active.
  • When a bonus expires, unused bonus funds and any winnings still subject to wagering are removed.
  • A withdrawal made before a wagering requirement is met may forfeit the remaining bonus, as set out in the bonus terms.

Your active bonuses, the wagering still outstanding and the time left to use them are shown in your account.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and follow the published rules of the table you join.

  • The dealer's decision at the table is final, including calls on the validity of a bet, the handling of cards and the placement of chips on the layout.
  • Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting window. Late bets are not accepted and any stake involved is returned to your balance.
  • Each table has its own help screen covering the rules of that game, the side bets available, the paytable and the table limits. Those rules apply at that table.
  • Where a card is misdealt, a wheel result is invalid or studio equipment fails, the round is called void under the rules of the table and stakes are returned.
  • A seat may be freed after a period of inactivity so that other players can join. Your balance is not affected.

Chat at the tables is moderated. We may withdraw chat access where it is used abusively, without preventing you from playing.

If you disagree with a result

If you believe a round has settled incorrectly, contact us and we will check it against the server records.

  1. Write to support@casino888ladies.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
  2. Tell us the name of the game, the date and time of the round and the round or game ID shown in your account history or in the game's own history screen.
  3. Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

We will look into the server logs for that round and tell you what they show. The server record is the basis on which any query is settled and it is final. Where a fault is confirmed, we correct your balance.

If our answer does not resolve the matter, our Complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution service named there.
