Requesting a payout and the £10 minimum

Withdrawals are handled in the Banking section of My Account, the same place you use to top up. You pick the amount, confirm it, and the request joins the queue for its check. There is nothing to email us and no form to fill in by hand.

  1. Sign in to your account

You need to be logged in to move money either way, so start by signing in with your username and password.

  2. Open My Account and go to Banking

Banking holds both sides of your cashier: 'Fund Account' for deposits and 'Request Withdrawal' for taking money out.

  3. Choose Request Withdrawal

The cashier opens and shows the balance you can take out and the options available on your account.

  4. Enter an amount of at least £10

£10 is the smallest payout we process. Anything above that is up to you, in whole amounts your cash balance can cover.

  5. Confirm and leave it with us

Every request is checked within one working day of being placed. You do not need to do anything else unless we ask you for a document.

WhatThe rule
Minimum withdrawal£10
Minimum deposit£10 per transaction
Withdrawals per calendar monthNo cap
Processing checkWithin 1 working day of your request
Money in your bankUp to 8 working days from the request

There is no monthly limit on how many withdrawals you make, so you are free to take out £10 three times in a week rather than waiting to build a bigger balance. The cashier shows the current limit for your chosen method when you place the request.

How long your money takes to arrive

Two things decide when the money lands: our check, then your bank or provider. We handle the first part within one working day of your request. After that the payment travels, and that leg can take up to five working days to reach a bank account.

StageHow long it takesWho is doing it
Request checkedWithin 1 working dayOur payments team
Funds released and in transitUp to 5 working daysYour bank or payment provider
Full journey, request to funds showingUp to 8 working daysEnd to end

Plan around the longer figure rather than the shorter one. If you place a request on a Friday evening, the working-day clock starts on Monday, and bank holidays push each stage along in the same way. Most of the wait is the banking leg, not the checking.

Verification before your first payout

We have to confirm your age, your identity and your address before any withdrawal is processed. For most players this happens quietly in the background: our in-house ID check technology runs the checks during sign-up, and you never hear about it again.

If the automated check cannot complete, we ask you to upload documents proving who you are, that you are over 18 and where you live. Checks can also run again later on, as part of keeping your account in good standing, so a request now and then does not mean anything is wrong.

Identity and age - we need to be satisfied you are the account holder and aged 18 or over.
Address - confirmation that you live where your account says you do.
Source of funds - we may ask for documentation showing where your deposited money came from. Until the information we have asked for reaches us, the account stays at the status it has been placed at.
Matching details - the name on your account and the name on your payment method need to be the same person, which is why we return funds to you rather than to anybody else.

These checks are part of holding a British licence, not a hurdle we invented. Clear photographs of the right documents, taken in good light with all four corners visible, go through far faster than hurried ones.

Where the money goes back to

We pay out to the same method you deposited with. You can fund an account by Visa debit card, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or wire transfer, and the cashier shows which of those is available for your payout when you place the request.

Card payouts follow one extra rule worth knowing. Withdrawals are allocated back to the cards used on the account, set against what has been spent on each of those cards across the whole life of the account. So if you have deposited with two different cards over the years, a payout may be split between them rather than all landing on the card you used most recently.

Your next big win starts here

Deposits and withdrawals on 888 Ladies Casino show on a bank or credit card statement under the title Broadway Gaming UK Ltd, so do not be thrown if the name on the line is not the one on the account you played from.

Cashing out while a bonus or free spins are running

Your cash balance and your bonus balance are two separate pots. The cash is withdrawable at any time, with no wagering attached to it. Bonus funds and free spins have to be played through first, and the two do not mix on the way out.

Our welcome package gives new players up to £5800 plus 200 free spins on a first deposit of £10 or more, with 35× wagering, a £5 maximum bet per spin and 30 days to use it. Here is how that works out in practice if you want to see a bonus through before cashing out.

  • A £50 bonus at 35× means £1,750 of wagering before the balance converts.
  • At the £5 maximum bet per spin, that is 350 spins at the top stake, and far more at a 50p stake.
  • Across 30 days, £1,750 works out at under £60 of wagering a day. Playing at 50p a spin, that is around 120 spins a day.

Pace matters more than stake size here. Going above the £5 per spin cap can cost you the bonus, and so can a long gap: if an account is not logged into for five consecutive days, bonus balances, free spins, vouchers, Shop Coins and loyalty points are all forfeited along with any winnings still carrying wagering.

What can hold a payout up, and what clears it

Nearly every withdrawal goes through on the timings above. When one takes longer, it is usually one of a short list of reasons, and all of them have a clear way out.

What slows it downWhat clears it
Verification not yet completeUpload the documents we ask for, proving identity, age and address
A source of funds request outstandingSend the documentation covering where the deposited money came from; the account holds at its current status until it arrives
A deposit still awaiting final approvalProcessing waits for that approval, then the payout moves on
Obligations we have as a licensed operatorWe may need to pause or stop a payout to meet them, and we will tell you what we need
A request under £10Top the amount up to the £10 minimum and place it again
Weekends and bank holidaysNothing to fix, the working-day clock simply restarts on the next working day

If your payout is sitting longer than you expected, our Member Support Team is on live chat, email and telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can tell you exactly which stage your request is at.

Run through this before you confirm a withdrawal

  1. Your amount is £10 or more, and your cash balance covers it.
  2. Verification is finished, or you have uploaded everything we have asked for.
  3. You have decided about any bonus funds and free spins still open, because requesting a payout gives them up.
  4. You have claimed any Daily Cashback waiting in My Zone first, since it is real money that can go out with the same request.
  5. You know which method and which card the funds will return to.
  6. You have counted in weekends and bank holidays if you need the money by a particular date.

One last point on balances: games bonus funds can only be used on instant games once your cash balance is at zero. So a cash balance you are planning to withdraw and a bonus you are planning to play through will not run side by side.

How we protect your money and your details

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 58267. Banking details and personal information are protected with SSL 128-bit encryption before they are transmitted, and every account is verified for age, identity and address before a first withdrawal is processed.

Bingo outcomes are decided by certified random number generators that have been independently tested by a third party. Play is for players aged 18 and over only, and it is entertainment with real money at stake rather than a way to make money.

If you want to keep a firmer hand on what goes in and out, the account tools cover deposit and financial limits, game time reminders, take-a-break and time-out periods, self-exclusion and self-assessment tests. We support GamCare, and our support team is trained to spot the signs of problem gambling and to talk it through with you.

Questions about a payout?

Our Member Support Team is on live chat, email and telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can check where your request has got to.

Withdrawal: questions and answers

What is the smallest amount I can withdraw?

£10. That is the minimum for any payout, and it matches the £10 minimum deposit per transaction.

How long before the money is in my bank?

We check every request within one working day. Once the funds are released, they can take up to five working days to reach a bank account, so plan for up to eight working days from request to money showing.

Do I have to verify my account before my first withdrawal?

Yes. Age, identity and address must be confirmed before any payout is processed. The checks usually run automatically when you sign up, and we only ask you to upload documents if the automated check cannot be completed.

How many withdrawals can I make in a month?

As many as you like. There is no cap on the number of withdrawals in a calendar month, as long as each one is £10 or more.

Will I lose my bonus if I cash out?

Requesting a withdrawal forfeits any bonus balance and free spins you still have open. Your cash balance is not affected and remains withdrawable at any time.

Which method will my winnings come back to?

The one you deposited with. Card payouts are allocated back to the cards used on your account, matched against what has been spent on each card over the life of the account, so a payout can be split across two cards.

Can I withdraw my Daily Cashback?

Yes. Cashback is credited to your cash balance as real money with no wagering attached, so it can be withdrawn whenever you want, up to £100 per qualifying day.

Why might my payout be held?

The usual reasons are verification still to be completed, a source of funds request we are waiting on, or a deposit awaiting final approval. We can also pause a payout to meet our obligations as a licensed operator, and our 24/7 support team will tell you what is needed.
